SHIPPING AND RETURNS

NARWHAL uses UPS and USPS to ship all orders at the expense of purchaser unless stated otherwise through special promotions.  Orders will be processed within 72 hours of your purchase.

At this time, all sales are final and NARWHAL does not accept any returns outside of our stated warranty policy. The policy is subject to change and may be evaluated on a case by case basis by contacting support@narwhallife.com.

For any inquiries requesting a return of merchandise, please include your name, date of purchase, method of purchase, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return request.  

In the event an RMA is granted, any shipping costs will not be refunded to customer.  We recommend insuring the value of the returned items and tracking the package in transit.   NARWHAL is not responsible for items lost in transit during return and refunds are subject to inspection upon receipt.  

NARWHAL is not responsible for items damaged during return shipping.
